We could not miss The Baltic Sea Science Congress, which took place this year in Rostock, in the northern Germany. It was already an 11^th meeting. This time, the conference motto was: “Living along gradients: past, present, future”. Our delegate Marta Konik was awarded a “Best Newcomer Presentation” for her oral presentation: Konik M., Kowalewski M., Darecki M., Bradtke K.: "A novel approach to estimate information under cloud cover in the satellite images using numerical models".
